Phone orders:
For your security we do not routinely take phone orders. Customers used to feel phone orders were safer than those placed over the internet, but actually the opposite is true. Phone orders require you to give sensitive payment information over unsecure phone lines to individuals you are hoping will be careful with that information. Those operators then key your information into computers that transmit the data over internet lines anyway.

A much safer alternative is for you to enter the information onto websites such as ours that provide the security symbol when checking out (a little locked padlock in the lower right corner of your browser). This symbol ensures that your data is encrypted, which means that information is scrambled from the time it leaves your computer until it reaches the safety of the bank processing center where it is decoded. In this way we don't see or handle your sensitive payment information, but simply get an approval notice allowing us to begin processing your order.

To send orders by mail:
Complete the ordering process and select check/money order as the payment type. The send a printed copy of your completed shopping cart or e-mail confirmation along with check/money order to the address above.

To send orders by fax:
Fax a printed copy of your completed shopping cart along with with credit card information to 1-319-857-4994. Please make sure that your phone number is included so we may contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Returns:
Unopened product kits can be returned to the above address within 30 days from purchase. Customer is responsible for return postage. In the event of problems with your order, please contact us by e-mail.
