Basic Zone Shipping:
Most orders are shipped by U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail depending on size/weight. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days of being notified that your order has been shipped. Please allow extra time around holidays.
Other Shipping Options Available:
We do have other shipping options available. E-mail us for price quotes on UPS or overnight delivery.
Shipping outside the U.S.A.:
At this time we have very limited number of countries outside the U.S. that are automated by our web store (Now shipping to: Australia, Canada, UK and New Zealand) Depending on package size and weight, shipping to these countries will be computed for U.S. Global Priority Mail (4-6 days) or Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days). For other countries not listed, E-mail us and we will be glad to give you a quote on specific shipping costs to your destination. Please be advised that payment must be made in U.S. dollars; and the customer (or recipient) is responsible for any duties, taxes or other charges required by the country of destination.
Returns -
Returns will be accepted at the address below for unopened product kits within 30 days from purchase. Customer is responsible for return postage. Refunds (less postage paid) will be credited to the purchaser's credit card once the has been received in good condition.
